Howdy! My name is Grace Dansby, and I am a Sophomore Chemical Engineering major from Denton, TX. But most importantly, I am the loudest and the proudest member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2018. Throughout my time at A&M, I have had the privilege of being a member of Tri Delta and serving the children’s ministry at my church. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to contribute to the Student Government Association through Gilbert Leadership Conference and Fish Aides, as well as serving as the Development Commissioner for the Executive Cabinet throughout this year.
I have previously been a part of a campaign and am thrilled to be a member of Hannah’s team as the Sophomore Liaison. During this campaign, my job will entail assisting sign coordinators, speaking to organizations, and, most importantly, acting as the connecting point for the numerous sophomores we hope to get involved.
I support Hannah, not only because I have witnessed her character as a friend, but also because I have witnessed her leadership as my superior. Hannah is inviting and genuinely kind to everyone she meets. It is evident she believes no one or the things they desire to express are invaluable or unworthy of her time, no matter what she has going on that day; Hannah truly cares about the people she desires to serve. Out of every organization I have ever been a part of, I have never witnessed a better leader than Hannah. I am fully confident that Hannah is the right person for this job and in the direction she will lead A&M.
